Cancellation Policy for kwic Subscription

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription to kwic. Please review the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: KWIC processes refunds within 5–7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account once the process is complete.

Pro-rated Charges: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period. However, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period.

Subscription Benefits: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free version with limited features.

Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
